Again another day of liquid sunshine. Packed, had a light breakfast and walked across the street to catch the airport bus. The doormen took our luggage to a sheltered area across the street and Roger flagged down the bus to be sure it didn’t skip by us. It was sad to be leaving what has been the most gracious and enjoyable hotel that we have stayed at during our trip. While we were waiting in the airport lounge, Kathy found they had prepared several types of delicious dumplings. She said that they were much better than food on the airplane she had several helpings of them for lunch.
At Incheon it was overcast but no rain. We stayed at the Hyatt by the Airport and our Korean distributor and his sales manager joined us for dinner. We walked around our hotel over to an authentic Korean restaurant a few minutes away. There we set on mats on the floor in front of a table with a center barbecue. Dinner was tasting the many Korean dishes they ordered and marinated meat that was cooked at our table. Afterwards we brought them back to the Hyatt for coffee and desert. Our thanks to both of them for their gift to Kathy and the dinner.
