Goodbye Port Stephens

The day started off clear but windy.  We made a reservation for a sunset sail on Stephens Bay but were not sure it would happen if the winds did not cooperate.  Spent a couple of hours in the morning at the Internet Cafe talking to people, updating the blog and handling email.  Lunch, a walk around town and then back home to get ready for this afternoon’s sail.   Kathy got several good pictures of the sunset from the catamaran as it sailed back up the bay and into Nelson Bay marina.
Dinner was at the Hoags Breath, an Australian chain not related to Clint Eastwoods’ former restaurant in Carmel.  They say Hoags Breath is a sailors term, meaning bad wind.  Then home to pack for our trip to Sydney tomorrow.
